Mandarin items- green pepper, onion, green onion, carrots, in spicy chili bean sauce

Kung Bow items- diced celery, onion, green pepper, carrots, peas, water chestnuts, and peanuts, stir fried with spicy kung bow sauce

Szechuan items- cabbage, green pepper, bamboo shoot, wood ear, carrots, onion, green onion, in spicy szechuan sauce

Chow Yuk- assorted vegtable stir fry

Chow Don- assorted vegtables stir fired with egg

Chow Fun- stir fried rice noodle
